Asus has expanded its portfolio of business products with the Expert Series 2022. The new Expertbooks are designed to provide business users with strong performance, reliability, flexibility and security. In addition, according to the manufacturer, the Expertbook B9 is currently the lightest 14-inch business notebook in the world.

For work in the office, meetings, classrooms or on the go, Asus has presented new mobile computers of the Expert range. According to the manufacturer, this includes the lightest 14-inch business notebook with the Expertbook B9 (B9400CBA). Also new are the Expertbook B7 Flip (B7402FBA) and the Expertbook B3 Detachable (B3000).

Asus Expertbook B9

The Expertbook B9 is an ultraportable powerhouse that weighs just 880 g and is 14.9 mm slim. Thanks to the magnesium-lithium lid and reinforced construction, the Expertbook meets US military standards. The battery life should be up to 16 hours. The lightweight notebook is powered by economical Alder Lake U processors up to the Core i7 1265U. The RAM can be up to 32 GB. Up to 2 TB SSDs can also be integrated. The notebook also has a certified sustainable packaging.

The Expertbook B9 will be available from July 2022. The RRP starts at 2.499 Euro.

Flexible Expertbooks

The Expertbook B7 Flip and the Expertbook B3 Detachable complete the new Expert series. The 14-inch B7 Flip is equipped with a 5G module for fast Internet connections on the go. The touch display in 16:10 format offers the QHD+ resolution and a brightness of up to 500 nits. As with the Expertbook B9, the 12th generation Intel CPUs also work in the B7 Flip. However, the manufacturer uses the stronger P-models with additional performance cores here. The battery life should be up to 11 hours.

With its 2-in-1 form factor and removable keyboard, the Expertbook B3 Detachable can be used flexibly in everyday work. It offers battery life of up to 21 hours. The eight-core Snapdragon 7c Gen 2 is used as the processor for the B3 Detachable, while the ARM version of Windows 11 is used as the operating system. Up to 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of main memory can be integrated. The 10.5-inch touchscreen with pen recognition in 16:10 format has a resolution of 1,920 x 1,200 pixels. Also installed are a 13-megapixel main camera and a 5-MP front camera for video calls.

The Expertbook B7 Flip (B7402FBA) will also be available from July 2022. The cheapest option should cost 1,699 euros (RRP).

The Expertbook B3 Detachable (B3000) is already available from 599 Euro (RRP).
