Aquado All-in 15 E8 and 19 E7 Fanless all-in-one PCs for POS systems and POI

With the All-in 15 E8 and 19 E7 models, Aquado has excluded two fanless all-in-one computers from its portfolio, which are very well suited for POS systems or information terminals. Both devices are available as a special version with Windows 10 Pro.

The two fanless computers All-in 15 E8 and 19 E7 are equipped with capacitive multi-touch displays, with which Aquado expands its range of all-in-one computers. The two devices are based on barebones from Shuttle Computer and do not require a fan. Since they are also equipped with SSDs, there are no moving parts, which ensures silent operation. They are protected against dust and splash water in accordance with the IP54 standard and are suitable for 24/7 continuous operation according to the manufacturer. Possible application scenarios are the integration into a cash register system, the use as an information terminal at the POI or as an instruction system. With the integrated Full HD webcam on both models, QR codes can be recorded, for example. The fold-out stand can be dismantled on both models. The then accessible VESA mount allows the use of a height-adjustable stand or wall mount. Aquado offers both as an accessory. Integration into a kiosk housing is also easily possible.

All-in 15 E8 and 19 E7

The All-In 15 E8 features a 15.6-inch touchscreen with Full HD resolution. The processor on the motherboard is an economical Intel Celeron 4205U with two CPU cores and 1.8 GHz clock frequency. The CPU with integrated UHD graphics unit belongs to Intel’s Whiskey Lake family. On the All-in 19 E7, the 19.5-inch display delivers a resolution of 1,600 x 900 pixels. The dualcore Celeron 3865U with also 1.8 GHz belongs to the generation older Kaby Lake family of Intel.

Both all-in-one computers have four GB of RAM and a Kingston M. 2 SATA SSD with 120 GB capacity built into the discounted special version with pre-installed Windows 10 Pro. With the freely configurable variants, up to 32 GB RAM and an SSD with up to one TB of storage space can be selected. In addition, both models offer space for an additional 2.5-inch SATA SSD or HDD. A GbE interface with PXE boot support and an 802.11 ac WLAN module with Bluetooth 4.2 are available for network access. Other interfaces include four USB 3.0 and two USB 2.0 ports, HDMI and VGA outputs, and an SD card reader. The power supply is external.
