Cloud Marketplace with MSP tools
Close cooperation between Datto and Also
After the cooperation with Infinigate, Datto is taking us on a joint journey as another partner for the DACH region. The tools for managed service providers (MSPs) are therefore also available, including first-level support, on the “Also Cloud Marketplace”.
The provider of tools for managed service providers, Datto, and cloud marketplace operators are also cooperating. In the first step, MSP partners can obtain the Autotask PSA, Datto RMM and SaaS Protection solutions via the “Also Cloud Marketplace”. Jürgen Venhorst, Sales Director DACH at Datto, reveals what the further route of the cooperation will look like: “The expansion of the range of Datto solutions in the areas of unified continuity and networking is planned for the next weeks and months.“ These are also offered via the cloud marketplace.

On the product side, Autotask PSA (Professional Services Automation) is a cloud-based platform that MSPs can use to automate and organize their business based on dashboards and widgets. Datto RMM (Remote Monitoring &Management) serves as a cloud-based platform with which MSPs can remotely monitor and manage connected terminals. SaaS Protection is a cloud-based tool in the field of “Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery”.
Other tasks of Also
In addition to providing these tools, Venhorst will also take on other tasks: “So Datto supports Autotask PSA and Datto RMM in the ordering and billing processes, level 1 support and the implementation of our solutions.“
In addition to these organizational and sales concerns from day-to-day business, there is also a strategic component: Datto is pursuing a growth strategy in the DACH region, the first step of which consisted of cooperation with the value-added distributor Infinigate.
The ongoing digitization of SMEs, migration to the cloud and increasing cyber threats are increasing the demands on MSPs in the DACH region.
“The cooperation with Also is also part of this growth plan and the next step to further expand the range of support and selection for our MSP partners in the DACH region,” says the Datto Sales Manager. “Both companies have extensive experience and are firmly established in the MSP community in DACH.“
