With the modern work solutions from Microsoft, security mechanisms should be easy but effective to use. How to do this is shown by experts in the workshops of Ingram Micro, which are aimed at security beginners as well as professionals who want to refresh their knowledge.

In a six-part workshop series by Ingram Micro and Microsoft within two weeks, the speakers will provide the necessary know-how to quickly enter the security business with Microsoft. Based on the zero trust strategy, the participants will learn how to use Microsoft 365 Defender to implement multi–layered defense mechanisms for their end customers in the sense of an end-to-end security concept.
“Many resellers already have experience with Microsoft, but not in the security environment. In our workshops, our partners receive instructions on how to place and implement the security solutions for their end customers,“ explains Florian Gerken, Senior Manager Microsoft at Ingram Micro. As a result, they should be able to offer holistic Microsoft Modern Work solutions without being additionally dependent on other, complex security offers.

- Module 2 on 31.5.2022: Identity Access Management
- Module 3 on 2.6.2022: Endpoint Security
- Module 4 on 7.6.2022: Application Security
- Module 5 on 8.6.2022: Network Infrastructure Security
- Module 6 on 9.6.2022: Data Governance &Compliance
